If you’re not 100% happy with your mat, simply return the unused product to us and we’ll offer you an exchange or refund. We accept returns within 15 days after receiving your Australian order or 30 days for international orders. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and can only be accepted with a receipt or proof of purchase. For all returns, please email your return request to email@example.com.
Please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable and at your own expense unless a rare event of a manufacturing fault and we will happily replace the item or refund you the cost of your item.
