As an SSI Scuba School, we have the highest quality course content delivered by our highly experienced and friendly instructors. SSI offer most of the theory components online so you can study at your own pace on your own time and then come in for the practical when you’re scheduled.

Open Water Diver
Cost: $699 per person
Duration: 3 Days

Description: If you want to dive anywhere you want, with anyone you want, join the Open Water Diver program. This is your international certification to become part of an exclusive group of underwater explorers that most people only dream about joining! Learning to dive is much easier than you think. Become an Open Water Diver while diving amazing dive sites with Swan Dive now.
This course begins with online learning that is completed before the course starts. During the course you will learn basic diving theory, including diving physiology, planning, equipment, and environment. This knowledge is then applied to basic diving skills that are practiced in the pool or confined water sessions. The course is completed by doing four open water dives to a maximum of 12 and 18 meters with your instructor assisting you to master the skills and enjoy the underwater world.

Requirements: Participants must be over the age of 12 and fit to swim.
Medical Requirements:
You will be asked to complete the Medical Questionnaire when enrolling in any scuba diving course with Swan Dive. This questionnaire is designed to identify any health issues that could cause complications while diving. If you answer ‘no’ to all the questions you won’t need to do any more. If you have any answers ‘yes’ you will need to see a doctor for a Recreational Diving Medical before starting your course.
Advanced Adventurer
Cost: $699 per person
Duration: This course requires 5 dives which can be completed over 2 consecutive days or more if you’d prefer.

Description: Continue exploring the oceans, extend your dive times, reduce your air consumption and more with the Advanced Adventurer program. Try 5 different dive specialties without committing to a full dive speciality and discover the diving you love. This is the best way to continue your education to become a confident, safe and comfortable advanced diver.
This course includes some online learning but is more concentrating on experiencing different types of diving with an instructor while practicing fun and useful skills at our great dive sites. There are many Adventure Dives to choose from. Our favourites here are Deep Diving, Navigation, Night & Limited Visibility Diving, Perfect Buoyancy, Wreck diving and EAN Nitrox. Ask us about adding Nitrox Specialty, Deep Diver, Wreck Diver or Underwater Navigation Diver specialty course to your Advanced Adventurer Course!

Enriched Air Nitrox
Cost: $159 per person with out dives or $499 per person with dives to HMAS Swan Wreck included
Duration: 1 day

Description: Do you want to increase your bottom time, shorten your surface interval and improve safety margins on your dives? This specialty course will teach you dive planning, physics and physiology of Enriched Air Nitrox up to 40% oxygen.
Discover the world of Nitrox diving and get started today with this Enriched Air Nitrox Course.
Many of the ocean’s best dive sites are deeper dive sites where bottom time is often limited. With Nitrox you can increase your bottom time and have shorter surface intervals in between dives. Nitrox can also be used to create extra safety margin for your dives by using Nitrox with air tables.
We offer this specialty course with or without dives.
If you are just looking for theory and practical skills to analyse and mark your cylinder and you feel confident going on from there on your own, the no-dive Nitrox course is for you. If, on the other hand you would like to come experience the HMAS Swan Wreck as a guided tour using Nitrox, choose the Nitrox Course with dives included.
At Swan Dive we use the amazing wreck Ex-HMAS Swan off of Dunsborough which you will get to head out to in our purpose built dive boats to do the course if you have chosen to do the course with dives included. Get started online today!

Wreck Diver

Description: Do you want to explore iconic towering shipwrecks and dive World War airplanes covered in vibrant marine life? Discover the world of wreck diving and get started today with this wreck diving course.
You will learn all you need to dive above and around wrecks and artificial reefs, plus earn your Wreck Diving specialty certification.
There is nothing quite like wreck diving and the Wreck Diving specialty will give you all the skills and knowledge you need to become a safe and confident wreck diver. With a combination of academic and confined water sessions, you will be taught how to safely conduct non-penetration dives around wrecks and artificial reefs, up to a depth of 30 meters.
You will also get to practice your wreck diving skills during open water training dives. All of which will ensure you can enjoy wreck diving with confidence and get the most out of every dive. Deep Diver

Description: Do you feel like you are restricted by your certification from accessing some of the greatest dive sites? Do you want to explore more of the magical underwater world. The Deep Speciality course gives you the skills and confidence to plan and execute dives to maximum of 40 m safely.
This course will teach you how to plan a deep dive, manage your air supply and the specialised equipment needed. Some elearning and two dives on the HMAS Swan Wreck are included. Your experienced instructor will take you through all this and show you how to access the depths safely.

Description: Are you a certified diver but you haven’t been diving for a year or two? We can refresh your skills and get you back in the water in just one day.
This is a good course to do if you are going on a diving holiday but need to refresh your skills beforehand. This way you can start your holiday all ready to go. A refreshed dive can also be done if you are looking to dive the HMAS Swan Wreck or one of our other dive sites with us. Ask us about combining your refresher with a dive at the Busselton Jetty.
